This symposium will bring together a panel of highly-accomplished experts in the field of macromolecular science. Talks will encompass basic studies and applications and will address topics of novel issues. During the three-day conference, we will listen to recognized authorities in the field as they discuss recent advances, difficulties, and breakthroughs in the field of the benefit of mankind; to stress that macromolecular science is widely used in vital spheres of scientific knowledge such as chemistry, physics, engineering and biology, and to highlight the continuous nature of scientific discovery. The conference will feature keynote addresses, a number of plenary sessions, invited talks and contributed lectures focusing on specific tenets of macromolecules. Additionally, there will be several poster sessions, and four best poster presentations will be selected for the award.

During the conference there will be a brain storming web discussion meeting in order to submit a joint project proposals to European Union under the “HORIZON 2020” programme for funding between India, Europe and Rest of the world. We will also discuss other bilateral research progrmmes between DST, UGC, INSA and DBT of India and Rest of the world. Please note that DST of India has signed bilateral agreement with almost all the countries in the globe. These include DST-NSF, DST-DAAD, DST-DFG, DST-KBN, Indo-French (CEFIPRA), DST-NSF, DST- Australia, etc etc. This conference will act as a good platform to find partners for international research collaborations.

On the last day of the conference a panel discussion will be held to sum up the deliberations of the conference.
